Please allow 24-72 business hours for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday and are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If your shipping address includes an apartment, unit, suite, or building number it must be entered at checkout. Orders shipped to incomplete, incorrect, or new move-in addresses not registered specifically with USPS may be marked as vacant or undeliverable by the shipping carrier and returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for an applicable reshipping fees.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Muse Label is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
