Yes we offer same day local pickup and keep all of our inventory on hand. Every size that is available online is what we currently have. If there is an item online that isn't available for pickup please message us at 248-870-8864.
Credit Cards:
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa. Payment is automatically captured once you place you order. We do not accept any other forms of payment other than what’s accepted at checkout.
Third Party Services:
We accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, and Affirm payment installments. All third party services will direct you to log in to your account to review your payment options. You will then return back to muselabel.co to complete your checkout.
Shipping
Once you place your order please allow 24-48 business hours for it be processed. After your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number. If there is ever a case where your tracking number says delivered, but you have not yet received your package, please reach out to the shipping company directly. Unfortunately, once the package has been handed off we're no longer responsible. Note orders do not get processed over the weekend or on holidays.

Local Pickup
Same day local pickup is also available at checkout! We do not offer deliveries. Please enter a valid phone number if we need to contact you regarding your order. Once your order has been placed please allow a few hours for it to be ready. If you see an item online that is not available for pickup please contact us at 248-870-8864. You have within 7 days to retrieve your order or it will be put back into stock.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have within 14 days from your purchase date to return your order. Item(s) must be unworn, never washed, and tags still attached. Customers are responsible for paying full shipping cost.
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 24-48 business hours for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a full store credit digital gift card via email.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once you receive your digital gift card, you may go online and re-purchase from the site. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or refunded for store credit.
Visit our customer return portal to start your return. After you process your return you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping label, return instructions, and tracking number. To cover the cost of your shipping label, the fee will be deducted from your store credit amount. Your store credit e-gift card will be processed via email within 3-7 business days from your return drop off date.
